What is Ancestry’s return policy?
Monthly Ancestry subscriptions can be canceled any time prior to two business days before your renewal date but are not eligible for a refund. If you commit to a longer 6 or 12 month subscription and cancel early, you may pay a fee of up to $25. Refunds are only provided on AncestryDNA purchases if you request a refund and return the kit within 60 days of placing your kid order, minus a $15 processing fee.
